Dangers Of Electromagnetic Exposure And How Your Laptop May Be Poisoning You

Today, I will be talking about how damaging electric equipment can be to your body.

The human race has grown to be dependent on electric equipment. Sending and receiving signals has become a technology which we could not live without, which applies to 99% of people... For example, companies rely on signals and electric communication when ordering shipments of goods, the public relies on the news to broadcast important information such as weather warnings, traffic accidents, and in certain countries, more severe things such as hurricanes and various disasters.

However, people are ignorant as to how much damage they are being dealt by the growing use of electric equipment and particularly signals.

Now, I am in no way saying that we need to stop, communication and electricity is something the majority of our world could no longer survive without, anyone who suggests that we stop it altogether needs to reconsider how our world is living! However, there are certain things we can drastically limit, which can potentially improve our health, and reduce the risk of illnesses, including cancer.

One Main Problem: WiFi Networks - Wireless Internet

Wireless internet is damaging, and its electromagnetic field does as much, if not more damage than a mobile phone can while you are taking a call holding it next to your head. The difference is; 90% of people leave their wireless routers on 24 hours a day, with no rest, this is constant damage, constant exposure to electromagnetic fields of a sending and receiving wireless internet signal.

If you live in fairly populated area, the chances are approximately 80% that you have a wireless signal "floating around" you while you are at home - while you sleep, while you eat... all the time.

Think that's bad? Well if you live in a densely populated area like Central London or New York in a flat or something like that, the chances are you have 10 wireless router electromagnetic fields around you at the same time! This can be very damaging to your body, and increases your risk of getting cancer. Mobile phone signals produce the same risk, for example, keeping your phone in your pocket can be very dangerous to your reproductive system, because it exposes it to a long period of electromagnetic radiation, which can also produce cancer.

What Can You Do About It?

Of course there is no way you will be able to find everyone who owns these wireless networks you are exposed to, and even if you do, there is no way you can make them turn it off, but you can reduce your own exposure time, and improve your general health, because if you maintain a powerful natural immune system, your body can fight of even cancer. Cancer cannot be beaten by medicine with consequences... it is a tumor which can change its cellular form. This means that if you are vaccinated against it, your body thinks it can recognize cancer and kill it, but the tumor senses your body is trying to kill it, and changes shape - disguising itself in your body... there goes your medicine or vaccination down the drain.

Reduce Your Exposure Time


You should do at least forty minutes of exercise a day, find a park, or anywhere away from large blocks of flats, and just go for a brisk walk, it can seriously help your body. You will sweat out toxins that can increase your risk of cancer, and boost your natural immune system, making your body stronger, and more able to fight diseases and illnesses.

One more thing I would like to add about modern technology, is the risks of using a laptop for long periods of time. The hard drive and all circuit boards are under your nose, and the fan is constantly blowing...

Now, your laptop heats up, depending on how good it is, it should be able to stayis because toxic gases from the heated metal and plastic inside are being blown right out, and the you breathe it in afterward. Preferably switch to a PC at this point, or just shut your laptop for fifteen minutes, go outside, do some exercise, then come back and continue.

The Importance Of Diet - Carbohydrates... Not what you expected

Almost everybody knows that diet is an extremely important factor in your health - obviously. We always hear about how bad fast food restaurants can be for us, how we should eat five fruits and vegetables a day and so on... however many important factors have been left out.

In this article I will discuss the dangers of excess carbohydrates, which are consumed by people through many different foods believed to be healthy - reality is, that they are the complete opposite.

Firstly, think about how many times you have heard how excellent carbohydrates are to eat, especially to reduce risks of and eliminate obesity and heart disease, pasta and bread are praised as extremely healthy foods which can help eliminate excess fat and build a good health.

Unfortunately, the scientists really haven't given you the whole story on this food group, and how many negative effects they can have on your body. They can seriously cause obesity and make it almost impossible to lose.

There are two types of carbohydrates, simple carbohydrates, and complex carbohydrates. It is the simple ones you should watch out for. They are converted by your body to fat and stored - a cause of many people's weight problems.

Your body does not have the ability to store excess simple carbohydrates. Your liver can store a limited amount, and then the rest is stored in your muscles - from where it cannot even be used. The carbohydrates left over, are then converted into fat by your body, and stored - making you overweight. By reducing how many carbohydrates you eat, you can seriously improve your health within days. You get all the carbohydrates you need from fruit and vegetables, stop eating bread and pasta at all!

The simple carbohydrates are found mostly in grains, which is a category of food you should try to completely avoid. You should try and completely eliminate grains completely, this includes most, if not all cereals, bread, pasta, everything containing wheat etc.

97% of people eat cereal for breakfast, a breakfast full of bad fattening carbohydrates. There are a variety of different things you can have for breakfast, you can make different things up, below is a list of good things to have in your breakfast:

Most berries
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries

Seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Flax seeds

RAW EGG
- As long as it is organic, your body can get a lot from raw eggs. There are rumors about raw eggs and how they can give diseases etc, but the truth about this is, the diseases can often come from the chemicals put in eggs, and what animals are fed on.

If you eat raw eggs from free range animals, you are getting an egg from a healthy animal which has been well fed and kept. Raw battery eggs are a different story, and are definitely bad to eat, this is because these CAN be diseased. The reason for this, is that battery animals are badly fed and kept, and they develop diseases because of their appallingly unhealthy lifestyle.

RAW COWS MILK
- Again, same as with eggs, you can safely drink raw cows milk if you ensure that you buy it from a healthy farm, with completely free roaming and organic cows.

Eat ALL organic food, chemicals that are put in food for whatever purpose are EXTREMELY dangerous. They weaken your body's immune system making you vulnerable to disease, and many of these chemicals can make you ill. These different chemicals will be explained individually in later articles.

Why Vaccinations Are Dangerous and can KILL US OFF...

Vaccination, this idea of scientifically immunizing someone against a particular one, or set of diseases is in great development by doctors and scientists, and a child can expect up to 33 vaccines during their lifetime.

There are many important facts that I will reveal, which doctors have hidden from you all the time. The facts that state the extremely high dangers of vaccination.

Firstly, a vaccine is injected into your body in order to protect you from a particular illness. This is what doctors tell you, however they rarely, if not never tell you that all vaccines are immune suppressing. - This means, that when you are vaccinated, your bodies natural immune system is weakened, making you extremely vulnerable to other diseases.

Your bodies natural immune system is there to protect you against ALL diseases and illnesses, and if you maintain it well, and live a healthy lifestyle, your body will be able to put up a very good fight against all these illnesses that doctors are vaccinating against - without immunization.

Now, the big question that I am sure most people reading this are asking:

Why Would Doctors Lie to us and Hide These Facts, Aren't They To Keep Us Safe and Healthy?

The answer is - money. How on earth would doctors, nurses and medical research companies earn money, if everyone knew they could take ultimate control over their health and stay healthy by carrying out simple things like exercise, healthy eating and various other aspects. I am sure there are some doctors out there who generally believe they are helping people, for example GPs can actually want to help people and cure them, but the companies, bosses, managers and main researchers all know what these really can do to us, but vaccination is such a large business for them, and they earn too much out of it to throw it all away...

Technology is Ruining Us

Over the years, technology has advanced to extreme levels, bringing us many different sorts of opportunities and items, and along with high definition televisions, insanely fast computers and laptops and tiny robots that can almost be used in operations, there is the advance in medical treatment.

We all hear how scientists are desperately searching for a cure to cancer, always trying to come up with new medicines and immunizations, bringing out various new vaccines all the time. What enough people do not know, is that vaccines are extremely dangerous, and damage our bodies.

Probably there are loads of people sitting reading this blog and thinking, "No way, I have been vaccinated with MMR, MMR2 etc and im perfectly healthy" and attacking my views, claiming that vaccines protect people.

First of all, I would like to say, that I have not had any vaccinations, and by carefully watching my diet and ensuring that I am healthy in all other aspects, I have been able to easily live a healthy life, without getting ill once. The most I have had over the past few years, were a few minor colds which lasted for a day the most, and this is because I have built up an extremely powerful immune system through a healthy diet and lifestyle.

In this blog, I am going to be highlighting later on, everything I possibly know about how you can maximize your health, and seriously increase your life expectancy along with it.
